Step onto the mat and into a space of calm, connection, and strength. Everyone is welcome - whether you are new to yoga or have been regularly practicing. Classes are designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and grow from there in each session
Here we will practice a mix-flow of Hatha, Vinyasa and Astanga Yoga with Breathing exercises and inhaling positive energy around us. We blend movement and mindfulness to help you build flexibility, balance, and inner peace.
OBS. På dette hold skal man selv medbringe yogamåtte.
Undervisningen foregår på engelsk.
